Responsibilities:
  • Led training programs for independent financial advisors on branch policy procedures, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
  • Coached advisors on relationship-building strategies for plan sponsors, specializing in defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) plans for start-ups and established companies with assets up to $250 million
  • Implemented daily compliance reporting protocols for each advisor and orchestrated preparations for semi-annual and annual audits
  • Streamlined workflow management between advisors and clients, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Spearheaded comprehensive branch growth initiatives, including advisor recruitment and office acquisition strategies
  • Served as the independent investment advisory representative to ING/USFS’s top 5 North East retirement plan representatives, formerly Aetna representatives.
  • Provided holistic, advice-based guidance to over 10,000 clients, including retirement, non-retirement, brokerage, and cash management accounts.
  • Conducted comprehensive company and mutual fund research to recommend optimal portfolio investments.
  • Advised clients on portfolio performance and necessary adjustments on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Regularly reviewed portfolios for institutions, small to mid-sized businesses, and individual clients.
  • Designed and implemented tailored asset allocation programs and strategies for all client portfolios.
In 2002, I was promoted to OSJ Branch Manager.
Branch Manager Achievements:
  • Opened three offices: a financial planning office in Danbury, CT, and two wealth management offices—one on Wall Street, 60 Broadway, NY, which was among the first independent wealth management offices owned and operated by a Black American, and another in Waterbury, CT.
  • Supervised and managed a team of 11 independent advisors.
Business Branch Development:
  • Developed a proprietary 403(b) retirement prospecting and selling system tailored for K-12 school districts, colleges, and universities.
  • Secured access to 21 school districts, two colleges, and several non-profit institutions, managing approximately a quarter billion in assets.
  • Maintained active producer status while executing managerial responsibilities

Mr. Webb is Currently Studying Islamic studies pursuing a PhD with an emphasis on Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance at the International Open University
Community Service
He served on the Institute of Business & Finance (IBF) Standards Committee, was a former member of the Waterbury, Connecticut Economic Development Corporation loan committee and held the position of Economic Development Chair for the NAACP State Conference in Connecticut. Mr. Webb served on school boards, and help build, advised, counseled, trained, ministered to various faith leaders; (apostles, pastors, bishops, rabbis and Imams) over a 30 plus professional career. 
He served on the Institute of Business & Finance (IBF) Standards Committee, was a former member of the Waterbury, Connecticut Economic Development Corporation loan committee, and held the position of Economic Development Chair for the NAACP State Conference in Connecticut. 

Mr. Webb, trained in the three Abrahamic faiths, has dedicated over 30 years to serving various religious organizations and their leaders. His extensive contributions encompass advising school boards, assisting in the construction of worship houses, and providing guidance, counseling, and training to both their leaders (apostles, pastors, bishops, evangelist, missionaries, rabbis and Imams) as well as and their congregant members. Furthermore, he has managed the finances of these institutions, as well as that of their leaders and numerous members.
